Visitors can check the SkyLand Ranch Christmas calendar before going. On red days, all three events run together — Festival of Lights, Jingle Bell Jamboree, and Christmas at the Ranch. On white days, it’s daytime-only activities.

Jingle Bell Jamboree – Christmas Fun for Kids

The Jingle Bell Jamboree is designed for kids 12 and under, and it’s pure magic. From 5:00 to 6:00 PM, little ones can explore the Dozer’s Candy Quest scavenger hunt — collecting sweet treats from five different stops around the ranch.

Dozer, the adorable miniature cow, is the star of the event! He even has his own special scavenger hunt. Kids can pick up their scavenger cards near the chairlift or at the gift shop, and if they complete all the stops, they get a special ornament to take home.
Inside the Williford Mercantile, kids can also write letters to Santa, making this event extra festive for the whole family.
Holiday Eats at SkyLand Ranch – Movie-Themed Food You’ll Love
One of the best parts of the Festival of Lights is its creative, movie-inspired food lineup. Each dish connects with a beloved Christmas film, giving your taste buds a joyful holiday twist.
Wet Bandits Barbecue Pizza

This smoky pizza pays homage to the Home Alone villains, and it’s absolutely delicious. Topped with pulled pork, brisket, sausage, jalapeños, and creamy ranch sauce — it’s bold, cheesy, and loaded with flavor.
Roast Beast Melt

Inspired by The Grinch, this hearty Roast Beast Melt sandwich comes with tender smoked brisket and creamy mac & cheese. It’s a melt-in-your-mouth combo that screams holiday comfort food.
Christmas Tree Pot Pie

The Christmas Tree Pot Pie is a cozy classic that families adore — rich, creamy, and baked to golden perfection.
New This Season: Holiday Drinks & Cocktails

This year, SkyLand Ranch added festive drinks to their holiday menu. You can sip on spiked eggnog, enjoy local beer and wine, or try one of their fun seasonal cocktails.
For families, the cafe also offers sweet holiday beverages like “Harry and Marv”

a Dr. Pepper drink with toasted marshmallow syrup and a real marshmallow skewer.
More Delicious Options at the Cafe
Kevin’s Cheese Pizza: A gluten-free option that even adults will love.

Loaded Potatoes: A filling, comfort-packed dish that’s both vegetarian and gluten-free-friendly.

Sugar Cookie Ice Cream Shake: Sweet, creamy, and topped with gumdrops, whipped cream, and maple syrup — inspired by Buddy the Elf!

Signature Drinks You Shouldn’t Miss
Harry and Marv: Toasted marshmallow + Dr Pepper = holiday perfection.

Adult Beverage Coffee: A cozy peppermint-spiked Bailey’s coffee, perfect for adults enjoying the show.

Sweet Treats That Steal the Show
Aunt Bethy’s Jello

This quirky dessert pays tribute to Christmas Vacation. It’s a colorful, wiggly Jello with a fun “cat food” topping look (don’t worry, it’s not real cat food!). It’s meant to make you laugh and spark family memories.
Butterscotch Bread

A SkyLand Ranch favorite! Warm, buttery, and rich — many say it rivals the famous cinnamon bread nearby. It’s the perfect treat to end your night under the Christmas lights.
The Very Merry Late Show – Live Holiday Entertainment
As night falls, guests gather for the Very Merry Late Show — a lively, comedic holiday performance hosted by Buddy the Elf. Expect to see appearances from Cousin Eddie and The Grinch, plus an energetic house band and even a fire-twirling toy soldier!
After the show, visitors can take photos with the characters — Buddy, Grinch, or Santa — and enjoy the next showing around 7:30 PM.
Christmas Lights & Nighttime Magic

Once the sun sets, the ranch transforms into a glowing wonderland. From the twinkling tunnel lights of Peppermint Mountain Pass to the wagon wheeler swing tower glowing red and green, every corner shines with festive joy.

Families stroll through light tunnels, warm up by the fire pits, and take in the mountain views. The glow of Sevierville and Pigeon Forge twinkles below, making for picture-perfect memories.
The Nativity Scene – Remembering the Reason for the Season

Behind the barn, visitors will find a peaceful nativity scene — a gentle reminder of the true meaning of Christmas: celebrating the birth of Jesus. It’s a quiet, beautiful corner of the event that contrasts the lively shows and food stalls.
Peppermint Mountain Pass – A Must-See Light Tunnel

Don’t leave without walking through the Peppermint Mountain Pass. This red-and-white tunnel is perfect for photos and Instagram reels. The lights shimmer like candy canes, wrapping up your evening on a sweet, nostalgic note.
Family-Friendly Touches & Animals
Families can still visit some of the miniature animals before dark — including goats, pigs, and alpacas. Kids love meeting them and learning their names (like Poppy, Pepper, and Petunia). The staff are friendly and often share cute stories about each animal’s personality.
Mountain Coaster Adventure
If you still have energy left, end the night with a ride on the Wild Stallion Mountain Coaster. The view of the Christmas lights from above the track is breathtaking — and the cool Smoky Mountain air makes it extra refreshing.
Pro Tips for Visitors
- Arrive before sunset to see the animals before they go into the barn.
- Stay through the evening to watch the lights and shows.
- The wristband is valid for three days, so you can return and enjoy other nights too!
